Show your support for Renewable Energy – Thursday 26th July!

Ever wondered how we will achieve our 40% greenhouse gas reduction target by 2020? Have a burning question about Canberra’s clean energy future? Want to see continued support for renewable energy in the ACT?  You’re not the only one!

SEE-Change and the Canberra Clean Energy team have been working hard over the last month to put together a Community Forum on Renewable Energy in the ACT!

The aim of this forum is to provide an opportunity for Canberrans to hear from their elected leaders about plans for the future of renewable energy in Canberra and how it will be used to achieve our greenhouse gas reduction targets for 2020 and beyond. Simon Corbell, Shane Rattenbury and solar industry representatives will talk at the forum, followed by time for you to have your voice heard and get your questions answered.

This is the opportunity of the year for you to show your support for all things renewable in the ACT and make sure it’s a priority for the future!

If you want to see more community clean energy projects like ours, then register and come along to the Legislative Assembly at midday on Thursday 26th July to show your support.

We look forward to seeing you there!
