SEE-Change and Canberra Clean Energy enjoyed a successful turnout at the Harvest Festival on the last day of March, with families from the community coming along and enjoying the beautiful weather at Canberra’s Environment and Sustainability Resource Centre.
Our Harvest Festival motto ‘Harvesting the Sun’, was a great opportunity to spread the word about our three pilot projects and introduce kids to solar technology. 
Our kids’ corner saw younger kids colouring in paper houses, ‘installing’ home-made solar panels (alfoil!) on their rooves then sticking them on a map of Canberra, while kids of all ages loved the solar powered pottery wheel and 6-in-1 solar toys available from our stall on the day.
